Terms and Conditions

We provide you (“you”, “your”, “yours” or “Customer”) with access to our services (“Services”) through our website at acadex.biz, mobile site, and any related applications (collectively, the “Website”). The Website is owned and operated by Shagore Neel Private Limited, incorporated under the laws of India, and is subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which we may update from time to time.

Acadex is an academic learning platform that connects Customers with qualified academic Experts for the purpose of supporting and improving educational performance. Through our Website, Customers can find Experts, and Experts can connect with Customers, in order to arrange, deliver, and receive payment for Services.

Before using the Services, please read these Terms carefully as they create a binding legal agreement between you and the Company. By clicking the “Accept” button, ticking the relevant box, or accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. You also acknowledge that any personal information you provide will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.

Interpretation of the Terms

  • “Website” refers to acadex.biz, shop.acadex.biz or acadezessays300.com in its desktop, tablet or mobile version, and any associated applications.
  • “Customer,” “you,” “your,” or “yours” refer to any individual placing an Order for academic writing services, uploading information, or making payments through the Website.
  • “Content” includes all information, text, images, materials, data, links, software, or other resources available through the Website or Services, whether created by us or provided by third parties for display.
  • “Expert” means a freelance professional engaged by the Company to deliver academic writing services to Customers.
  • “Messaging System” is the communication tool that allows continuous interaction between Customers, Experts, and the Support Team.
  • “Order” refers to an electronic request submitted by a Customer for academic writing services. Each Order specifies the scope of work, requirements, and sources to be used in creating the Product.
  • “Personal Balance” is the amount of funds in your account that has not yet been applied to an Order. Customers may add funds voluntarily to cover the cost of future Orders.
  • “Order Balance” refers to the funds assigned to a specific Order once an Expert has been confirmed for that Order.
  • “Escrow” describes the financial arrangement where the Company manages payments between Customers and Experts. Funds are released only once the agreed terms of the Order are fulfilled.
  • “Service” (or “Services”) refers to the academic support provided by Experts within an agreed time frame and according to Customer requirements. Services include all stages of the Order process.
  • “Product” is the outcome of the Services delivered. Products are intended to support learning and understanding of a subject area. They must not be submitted as original academic work to any institution. We do not provide answers to exams, quizzes, or tests, and we strictly oppose academic dishonesty.
  • “Product Revision” means a request from the Customer to edit or adjust the delivered Product, provided the request is consistent with the initial Order requirements.
  • “Quality Assurance Department” is the Company’s unit responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and maintaining the quality of Products and Services. It also investigates disputes impartially.
  • “Support Team” or “Support” refers to the Company’s unit that coordinates and assists Customers and Experts throughout the Order and Service process.
  • “User” refers to any individual accessing or using the Website or Services, including tools such as AI writing tools or the plagiarism checker, whether registered or not.
  • “Custom Writing Service” (Services) refers to academic writing provided by Experts under agreed deadlines and Customer instructions, covering all Order stages.

Services

At Acadex, we guarantee that all work is 100% human-written. We do not use artificial intelligence, machine-generated content, or automated rewriting tools. Every assignment is prepared, reviewed, and refined by qualified Experts to ensure clarity, originality, and academic integrity.

Registration

To receive the Product, you may either place an Order directly without registration or choose to create an account by providing your email and password. If you decide to register, your account will be created based on the information you provide.

Each person may only maintain one active account. If multiple accounts are discovered, they will be merged into the initial account created during your first purchase or registration.

When setting up an account, you will be asked to create a password. You are solely responsible for keeping this password secure. All Experts engaged by Acadex are fully verified. We confirm their identity, qualifications, and compliance with our standards before they are permitted to provide Services. This ensures that Customers work only with trusted and qualified professionals.

By using the Services, Customers and Experts acknowledge and agree to these verification requirements and accept responsibility for their interactions. Customers assume the risks associated with engaging Experts, while Experts assume the risks associated with providing Services to Customers.

Custom Writing Service Providing

You must not use the Product in any way that harasses, threatens, or disrespects either the Expert or the Company. You agree to respect the privacy of both the Company and the Experts, and you must not engage in unwelcome, rude, abusive, unlawful, or harmful communications.

PLEASE NOTE: When ordering Services, you may be exposed to content created by Experts who operate independently and are not under our direct supervision or control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or communications provided by Experts.

You further understand and acknowledge that some content may be inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable. By using the Services, you agree to waive any legal or equitable claims you may have against us with respect to such content. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors to the fullest extent permitted by law in relation to your use of the Products.

You are solely responsible for all information you submit or transmit through the Website (“Information”). Once submitted, such Information cannot always be withdrawn. You accept all risks associated with your Information, including reliance by others on its accuracy or disclosure of details that may make you personally identifiable.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Information does not contain material that is unlawful, false, intentionally misleading, defamatory, or in violation of any third-party rights.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE that this Website is designed to provide educational assistance only, and you expressly agree to comply with our Community Guidelines at all times.

Order placing and order process

Order Placement

An Order must be placed by completing the Order form available on the Website. Services will only be provided in response to a formal request submitted through this form.

The Order form specifies the scope of work, requirements, and delivery terms. It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide complete, accurate, and final information in all sections of the Order form. The details provided must be clear enough for the Expert to produce the correct Product.

Order Review

The Company reserves the right to review Order details after final payment to confirm that the assignment requirements match the Customer’s instructions. If inconsistencies are identified, Support may adjust the Order to ensure compliance with the Customer’s original requirements.

Word Count and Format

Each Order has a defined word count, which must be reflected in the delivered Product. While the number of pages may vary, the word count must align with the following rules:

275 words per double-spaced page

550 words per single-spaced page

If there is a mismatch, the Customer may request reformatting to meet the specified word/page requirement. For PowerPoint presentations, one slide equals approximately 135 words.

Changes to Scope

The Customer and Support may change the scope of work only if the Expert has not yet started the assignment. Once work begins, no changes can be made. If changes increase the workload, complexity, or shorten deadlines, the Customer must provide additional compensation.

Use of Sources

If specific materials are required, the Customer must identify and provide them to the Expert. If sources are not supplied, the Expert will locate them independently, but additional costs will apply and must be paid before work begins.

Source Deadlines

Customers must provide required sources according to the following timelines:

Orders due within 12–24 hours: within 30 minutes of placement

Orders due within 24–72 hours: within 1 hour

Orders with deadlines over 72 hours: at least one day in advance

Failure to supply sources on time may result in additional costs and/or extended deadlines. The Company is not liable for changes to initial instructions or for instructions that were incomplete or incorrect. If extra materials are submitted after delivery, payment may still be released to the Expert if the original instructions were followed.

Communication

Customers are encouraged to communicate with Experts through the Messaging System or with Support directly for assistance. By placing an Order, the Customer acknowledges that responses from Experts may take several hours.

Order Tracking

Order progress can be tracked through the Customer’s Personal Account, where all details and statuses are displayed. Customers may also contact Support, which is available 24/7, to request updates.

Expert Selection

Customers may request a specific Expert by entering their name or ID in the “Invite Expert” field. While every effort will be made to assign the preferred Expert, availability is not guaranteed. If the Expert is unavailable, another qualified Expert may be assigned.

Prohibited Content

When placing an Order, Customers must not send Experts any materials that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable, including content that violates privacy, publicity, or anti-discrimination laws.

Order payment and discounts

Payment Terms

  • By placing an Order, you agree to pay for the Services in advance. The Company begins processing your Order only after the payment has been made and authorised. We recommend using a payment card with at least six months remaining before expiry.
  • All transactions are processed in USD. If your bank account is in another currency, conversion rates and additional fees may apply.
  • The price of the Product is calculated according to the Company’s pricing structure and is confirmed in the Order form once the scope of work is defined. A service fee may also apply, depending on the complexity, parameters, and features of the Order. The exact amount will be shown at the payment stage.
  • Service fees are non-refundable unless required by law or specifically provided in these Terms, the Refund Policy, or other policies published on our Website (e.g., when the Order evaluation is 0%).
  • The Company will not deliver the Product until full payment has been received and authorised. Orders can also be paid using funds available in your Personal Balance.
  • The Company may, at its discretion, offer discounts and bonus programs. Customers can apply promo codes during the Order process. Promo codes must be entered in the correct field; if omitted, the discount will not apply. All Customers are provided equal access to discount and bonus program information.
  • After evaluating an Order, the Company may request additional payment or time if the actual workload differs from the initial scope. The Expert confirms the final price following manual review. The Customer may choose to accept the revised terms or decline and request a refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.
  • Accepted payment methods for recharging your Personal Balance include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Maestro, JCB, and Diners Club International. In the case of a refund, you may choose either to receive it under the Refund Policy or have the amount transferred to your Personal Balance.
  • Pricing for Services is subject to change. The descriptions of Services, prices, and payment terms posted on the Website are at the Company’s sole discretion and may be updated without notice. The price and payment terms in effect at the time of placing the Order will apply. Price increases will not affect Orders already placed.
  • Please note: Your bank may charge additional fees (such as foreign transaction fees or location-based charges). The Company is not responsible for these fees.

Cancellation and Refunds

  1. Order Cancellation
    1. Customers may request cancellation of an Order by contacting the Support Team through their account or via email.
    2. An Order may only be cancelled before an Expert has been assigned. Once an Expert begins work, cancellation may not be possible, and any decision to cancel will be at the Company’s discretion.
    3. If cancellation is approved before work has started, the Customer will be entitled to a full refund. If cancellation is requested after work has begun, only a partial refund may be granted to cover the Expert’s completed work and administrative costs.
  2. Refund Requests
    1. Refunds may be requested where:
      1. The Company fails to deliver the Product by the agreed deadline;
      2. The Product delivered does not match the confirmed Order requirements;
      3. Payment was made in error or duplicated;
      4. The Customer has been otherwise entitled to a refund under these Terms or the Refund Policy.
    2. To request a refund, Customers must submit a written request to Support within 14 calendar days of Order completion or the delivery date, whichever applies.
  3. Refund Evaluation
    1. All refund requests are reviewed by the Quality Assurance Department.
    2. Refund amounts are determined based on the scope of the issue, the work completed by the Expert, and whether the Customer followed the Terms (including providing accurate and timely instructions and required materials).
    3. The Company reserves the right to provide partial refunds where only part of the Order is disputed.
  4. Non-Refundable Situation – Refunds will not be issued where:
    1. The Customer has approved the completed Product;
    2. Revision requests were not made within the permitted timeframes;
    3. The Customer failed to provide required materials, instructions, or sources within the agreed deadlines;
    4. Delays were caused by technical issues, email filters, or lack of response from the Customer;
    5. The Product was used in violation of the Academic Integrity Policy (e.g., submitted directly as the Customer’s own work).
  5. Refund Method
    1. Approved refunds will be processed to the Customer’s original payment method. Where this is not possible, the refund may be credited to the Customer’s Personal Balance for use on future Orders.
    2. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank policies.
    3. Once a refund request is finally initiated, it can take anywhere between 4 and 15 days for the process to be completed and the monies to reflect on your card and/or bank account statement.
  6. Company Rights
    1. The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests that are fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith.
    2. Refunds are offered as a good-faith guarantee of service quality and do not imply admission of fault or liability by the Company.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. Electronic Delivery Only
    1. All Products and Services provided by the Company are delivered exclusively in digital format.
    2. No physical copies, printed materials, or hardcopy shipments are created or sent under any circumstances.
  2. Delivery Method
    1. Completed Products are delivered through the Customer’s Personal Account on the Website under the Completed Orders tab.
    2. Customers will also receive an email notification to the registered email address containing a link to download the Product.
    3. In-app notifications may also be used to confirm delivery status.
  3. Delivery Timelines
    1. Products are delivered by the deadline specified in the confirmed Order, provided the Customer has supplied all required materials, sources, and instructions within the agreed timeframes.
    2. Delays caused by incomplete or late submission of instructions, materials, or sources are the sole responsibility of the Customer and may extend the delivery timeline.
  4. Customer Responsibility
    1. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their email address and account settings are accurate and functional in order to receive delivery notifications.
    2. The Company is not liable for delivery failures caused by spam filters, incorrect email addresses, internet outages, or other issues beyond the Company’s control.
    3. Customers must download and securely store the delivered Product once notified, as the Company cannot guarantee indefinite storage of completed files.
  5. Confirmation of Delivery
    1. Delivery is deemed complete once the Product has been uploaded to the Customer’s Personal Account and the notification email has been sent.
    2. Customers are encouraged to review the Product promptly upon delivery and request any eligible revisions within the applicable timeframe outlined in these Terms.

Direct interactions

The Company does not directly participate in communications between Customers and Experts, except where intervention is considered necessary:

  • To ensure compliance with these Terms;
  • To improve the quality and security of our Services; or
  • As provided for in our Refund Policy.

Customers acknowledge and agree that the Services are intended solely to support learning and academic development—not to facilitate cheating. You agree not to request or engage Experts to complete assignments, write papers, take exams or quizzes, or perform any other academic tasks on your behalf. Furthermore, you agree not to use the Services in any way that would violate the academic integrity, conduct, or honesty policies of your school, university, institution, or workplace.

Third-party payment processors

The Website uses trusted third-party payment processing providers (collectively, “Payment Processors”) to handle payments and financial transactions for the Services. By using the Services, you agree to the Payment Processor’s collection and use of your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy and services agreement.

You represent and warrant that:

  • The account, order, and payment method details you provide to us or to the Payment Processor are accurate, current, and complete.
  • You are duly authorised to use the chosen payment method for your purchase.
  • You will pay all charges incurred in connection with the Services, including any applicable taxes.
  • All charges made by you will be honoured by your payment method provider.
  • You will not permit anyone else to use your account, nor transfer your password to another person.
  • You will immediately notify us of any unauthorised or prohibited access to, or use of, your account.

If your account, order, or payment method details change, you agree to update them promptly so that transactions can be processed and we may contact you if required. The Company is not responsible for any unauthorised use of your credit card, debit card, or other payment methods by third parties in connection with your use of the Services.

Payment Security

We take payment security seriously. All transactions are protected using SSL encryption to safeguard your information during transmission. Our Payment Processors are PCI DSS compliant and adhere to industry-standard practices for secure handling of cardholder data. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Order delivery

  • The Company is responsible for providing the Service and meeting the deadline specified in the Order.
  • The Customer is responsible for ensuring that delivery channels are available once the Service has been completed. The Company cannot be held liable for issues such as an incorrect email address provided by the Customer, blocked messages due to spam filters, internet outages, or other communication failures beyond the Company’s control. Customers are encouraged to contact Support if they need help with Order delivery.
  • It is the Customer’s responsibility to download the digital Product promptly after the Service has been delivered. For details on refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.
  • All Orders are delivered via our in-app Service through the Completed Orders tab. Once the Product is ready, the Customer will receive an in-app notification. An email will also be sent to the registered email address with a link to the download page.
  • Customers must carefully review each delivered Order before approval. Once the Expert receives the full agreed payment, the Product is considered complete. If no Revision is requested within eight days of the deadline, the funds will be automatically released to the Expert as part of our protection policy. For more details on refunds for completed Orders, please see our Refund Policy.

Order revision

  • The Company provides free amendments to ensure the quality of the Product and the Customer’s full satisfaction. To request a free Revision, the Customer must submit a written request through the Messaging System or by email.
  • Revision requests are accepted within:
    • Fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery for shorter Products (fewer than 10 pages, tasks, or slides).
    • Thirty (30) calendar days of delivery for larger Products (more than 10 pages, tasks, or slides).
  • If the Revision deadline is missed, the Order may still be revised for an additional fee, or the Customer may place a separate Order for Editing. In exceptional cases, the Quality Assurance Department may approve a free Revision after the deadline at its discretion.
  • The Quality Assurance Department may decline a Revision request if the instructions conflict with the original Order requirements. In such cases, the Customer may be asked to pay for the additional changes or submit a new Editing Order.
  • The Quality Assurance Department may also decline or limit multiple Revision requests if the Customer’s behaviour shows clear abuse of the process, exploitation of the Expert, or unreasonable demands.
  • If the request complies with these Terms, the Company will revise the Product free of charge.

The use of products

  • By making a payment for an Order, you agree that the Product is for personal, non-commercial use only. Your payment reflects the time, research, preparation, and administrative support required to deliver the Service.
  • You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display the Product, either online or in hard copy, beyond what is reasonably necessary for personal use.
  • All Products are provided strictly as examples for research, learning, and reference—to demonstrate approaches to academic writing. Until full payment and delivery, the Company remains the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights to the Product.
  • Products are not intended for direct submission, in whole or in part, as your own academic work. The Company is not responsible for any metadata attached to the Product. For security and integrity, we strongly recommend creating a new file before using the Product.

Account suspension and deletion

  • You may delete your account at any time by selecting the deactivate option in your account settings.
  • Once deactivation is requested, your account will remain in a temporary deactivated state for 14 days. During this period, you may choose to reactivate your account. After this window, the account will be permanently deleted.
  • Account deletion is final and irreversible. If you later wish to use our Services again, you will need to create a new account.
  • The Company may, at its discretion and without liability, suspend or deactivate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
    • Ensuring compliance with these Terms;
    • Preventing fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity;
    • Addressing incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated registration information;
    • Limiting multiple account creation by the same Customer.
  • We reserve the right to deactivate accounts that are unconfirmed or inactive for an extended period, and to suspend or deactivate accounts of Customers who violate these Terms.
  • If your account is deactivated or deleted, the Company may (but is not obligated to) delete your Content. Certain information, such as order history, may be retained as required or permitted by law, including for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.
  • If your account is suspended due to an actual or suspected breach of these Terms, the suspension will continue until the matter is resolved to the Company’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion.

Limitation of liability

Under no circumstances shall the Company be held responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from, or in any way connected to, the use of this Website or any information provided through it.

The Company’s total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the greater of Rs.5000 INR or the total amount paid by you for the Service that gave rise to the claim.

Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply in those regions. In such cases, the Company’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Website does not guarantee admission to any school, university, or academic program.
  • The Website does not guarantee significant improvements in grades or outcomes, as Experts provide academic assistance, not guaranteed results.
  • All risks associated with your use of the Website and Services remain entirely with you.

International use

This Website may be accessed from any location globally. Some Services or references on the Website may relate to products available only within relevant jurisdictions. Such references do not imply that these products or Services will be offered outside those jurisdictions.

You are solely responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations.

The Company makes no representation that the content or Services on this Website are appropriate or available for use in your country. Anyone choosing to access the Website does so voluntarily and at their own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, independent contractors, and any third parties providing content or services through the Website, from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Privacy

Our collection and use of Customer information are governed by our Privacy Policy. In the course of delivering Services, we may send you essential communications, including service announcements and administrative messages. These communications are integral to the Services and cannot be opted out of.

Termination

  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, even if full payment has been made, if:
    • The information you provide at registration or thereafter is false, misleading, incomplete, or intentionally withheld;
    • You fail to cooperate during the ordering process;
    • You are suspected of engaging in fraudulent transactions;
    • You engage in rude, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour toward Experts or Company staff.
  • Any attempt to damage or disrupt the Website, its servers, or its Customers is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account deactivation. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: spamming, distributing malware or viruses, transmitting Trojan horses, or linking to sites and files that contain such harmful content.
  • The Company may deactivate your account and withhold any fees at any time, without prior notice, if you are found to be in breach of this Agreement.
  • The Company retains sole discretion in determining what constitutes a violation of this Agreement.
  • Right to Appeal: If your account is suspended or terminated, you may contact our Support Team to request a review. The Company will, at its discretion, evaluate the appeal and determine whether to reinstate your account.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes or disagreements arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiations.

If no mutual agreement is reached within 60 days, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India. By using the Services, you expressly consent to such jurisdiction and venue.

Both parties waive any right to a jury trial, to the extent permitted under applicable Indian law.

Export Compliance

The Customer agrees that their use of the Website and Services will comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations, including those relating to export, import, data protection, and online conduct.

The Customer further represents and warrants that:

 

  1. they are not a citizen of, or located within, any country or territory subject to comprehensive trade sanctions or restrictions imposed by the Government of India;
  2. they are not listed on any Indian or international government restricted party list; and
  3. they acknowledge that the Website or Services may not be available in all jurisdictions, and access may be restricted based on applicable Indian or international regulations.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the rest of the Terms remain valid and enforceable in full.

These Terms represent the complete and exclusive agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services and any related information or materials provided through them. They supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, communications, or understandings between you and the Company.
